Grillstock BBQ cook-off

This two-day BBQ love-in takes place in Bristol each year, and the highlight has to be the BBQ cook-off. With judging led by the daddy of BBQ cooking in the US, Ray 'Dr BBQ' Lampe, 24 teams from around the world compete for the 'King of the Grill' Grand Champion title.
